VIDPRD2 (Video Production) Finals!
Phew, was my first time planning, preparing, shooting and editing all by myself. ;___; Good thing I was able to map out my ideas two weeks before the start of the shoot.
I got the whole story of the video while listening to Priscilla Ahn’s “Dream”, which was also the song I used for the background music.
One time, I was listening to it then I started to imagine the scenes that would fit the song so I went, “I COULD USE THIS FOR MY FINALS!”. But video production was not my forte so I got scared I might screw up if I went with the whole idea.
Nonetheless, I tried my luck. I pushed through it because I REALLY WANTED IT TO HAPPEN. It was probably the “I really wanted my story to come alive” that really pushed me to continue with my idea- even if the video will sort of come out amateurish.
I don’t know, but I nearly cried when I was imagining the whole story in my head during the planning stage. The whole production was very valuable to me because this was the first time I had proven to myself that I could do something I thought is impossible if only I believed in myself. Sounds really cheesy but I had a lot of moments where I’d up so easily because I always think I’m not good in this or that.
I really learned a lot from making this video! Words are not enough to say thank you to everyone who helped me make this happen. ;______;
I think I put the old logo of ABMMA. Well, anyway. :))
*I do not own the songs ‘Dream’ and ‘Anthem’. I only own the story of the video.
